Carla DiLorenzo, aka "Che Tanita," has three heritages: Italian, Argentinian and American. You can find all three on the menu at her family's restaurant in the Kendall community of Miami. What you can't see on the menu is her firecracker spirit to do things that have never been done and follow in the footsteps of her trailblazing father.
